One app, a record for everyone you look after
Plenty of people end up tracking health information for more than themselves — a spouse, a couple of kids, an aging parent. The app is built for that: you can keep a separate record for each person, move between them whenever you need to, and never mix anyone's information together.
Each person gets their own record
Every patient you add has their own independent record — separate conditions, medications, vitals, and settings. Nothing overlaps, and one person's data never blends into another's.
Adding someone new
The whole process:
- Open Settings and go to Patient Management.
- Tap Add New and enter the person's name.
- That's it — they're created with their own record, ready to fill in.
You can rename a patient or change their details anytime from that same screen.
Switching between people
To work in someone else's record, sign out and sign back in, then pick the patient you want from the sign-in list. Each record is its own separate sign-in, so there's no chance of editing the wrong person's information by accident.
Who manages what: Users and Owners
Not everyone needs the keys to everything. Each patient has a role. An Owner runs the household side of things — adding patients, managing backups, and the fuller set of settings. A regular User just sees their own information and a simpler set of options. You pick the role when you add someone and can change it later on the same screen.
One detail worth knowing: you can have up to two Owners, so a couple can share the duties — but there's always at least one.
